Most hand pumps rely on check valves, and at 10,000 psi a leaking check valve turns every calibration point into a wait for the reading to settle. The Additel 927 is built without one. Its patented screw press technology generates high pressure easily and lets you raise or lower it smoothly at each test point.

The 927 works from 85% vacuum to 10,000 psi (700 bar) with a 15 in3 (245 ml) reservoir and two pistons, one for low pressure and one for high pressure. Two hand-tight quick connectors take the test gauge and the reference gauge without PTFE tape or wrenches, and at 7 lb (3.2 kg) it goes wherever the instruments are.
