A good dry well is more than a stable heat source. Field calibration also needs radial and axial uniformity you can trust, low loading effect with several probes in the insert, and fast heating and cooling between points. The Additel 875 delivers that in a rugged, portable unit with dual-zone control and a 6.5 in color touch screen, across three models from -40°C to 660°C.

The Process Calibrator option turns the 875 into a complete temperature calibration station: a reference PRT input, two device channels that read RTDs, thermocouples, mA, V, and switches, 24V loop power, and a full HART communicator. It stores up to 1,000 documented tasks with as found and as left results, and can control the set point by the external reference PRT. A self-calibration function checks the internal control sensor against your reference, and the Choose Your Own Range option optimizes calibration over the range you actually use.
