A pressure controller is only as useful as the ranges it can cover. Buying a controller for each range is expensive, and sending a fixed-range controller out for calibration takes the whole bench offline. The Additel 151 solves both problems with interchangeable measurement modules.

Each module slides into a bay of the Additel 773, Additel 783, or Additel 793 and can be installed or replaced in 30 seconds or less, with the controller releasing pressure automatically when the cabin door opens. Higher pressure modules cover two ranges, each with its own calibration, so one module serves a wide workload. Accuracy is available at 0.02% FS, 0.01% FS, or 0.01% of reading, and barometric modules let the controller switch between gauge and absolute units.

Because the calibration lives in the module, a spare module keeps the controller working while another one is being recalibrated. The optional calibration fixture with software supports in-house recalibration.
