Features

The ITECH IT8500G+ Series is a benchtop programmable DC electronic load aimed at engineers who validate switching power supplies, chargers, batteries, and power banks. Its defining capability is ripple measurement: with a sampling bandwidth up to 300 kHz and a built-in function, an operator reads voltage ripple (Vp-p, Vp+, Vp-) and current ripple (Ipp, Ip+, Ip-) directly on the front panel, with remote sense to remove lead voltage drop. That removes the oscilloscope and the wiring it needs from routine ripple checks.

The IT8511G+ adds eight fast-charge protocols (QC2.0, QC3.0, PE+, PE2.0+, USB PD2.0, USB PD3.0, FCP, SCP) so an adapter can be exercised across its charging handshakes, and in automatic test mode the load verifies no-load voltage, short-circuit current, and constant-voltage/constant-current behavior.

Seven operating modes (CC, CV, CR, CW, CR+CC, CV+CC, CR-LED), dynamic loading to 20 kHz, battery-discharge mode with time, voltage, and capacity cut-offs, OPP/OCP test, a List function, and current monitoring (0 to 10 V) cover development and production testing. Multi-channel mode is a cost lever: up to 16 units share a single communication line to the PC, so a 60-channel burn-in rack needs far fewer switches and interface cards.
