The ITECH IT8500+ Series is a single-channel programmable DC electronic load for development and production testing of power supplies, batteries, DC-DC converters, and chargers. Twelve models cover a wide range, from 150 W to 3000 W, 120 V to 800 V, and up to 240 A, so a lab can match the load to the device under test rather than overbuying.

Four operating modes (CC, CV, CR, CW) cover steady-state testing, and a dynamic mode to 10 kHz with continuous, pulse, and toggle profiles tests how a supply responds to stepped load changes. A battery-discharge function runs in CC with cut-off by voltage, capacity, or time, and reports battery voltage, time, and discharged capacity during the test. OPP and OCP test functions verify protection circuits, and a CR-LED function supports LED driver testing.

Measurement resolution reaches 0.1 mV / 0.1 mA, remote sense removes lead voltage drop, a short-circuit function and current monitoring broaden coverage, and 100-group memory with power-off retention plus an automatic test function support repeatable production use. Communication is by optional USB, RS232, or RS485, with built-in RS232 and USB on the IT8513B+, IT8514B+, IT8514C+, and IT8516C+.
