The ITECH IT8100A/E Series is an ultra-dynamic, high-power DC electronic load built for laboratories and production lines that test power conversion equipment under realistic, fast-changing load conditions. A 5-inch touchscreen with Meter, Scope, and Datalog modes lets engineers configure parameters, edit waveforms, and capture voltage and current behavior without an external oscilloscope.
The series covers 60 V, 150 V, 600 V, and 1200 V ranges, with standalone power from 2 kW up to 86.4 kW (150 V). A three-range voltage and current design holds measurement precision from light load to full load, and a minimum operating voltage of 0.24 V at 2400 A supports low-voltage, high-current devices. Dynamic loading reaches 50 kHz with current slew rates to 150 A/µs per unit and an 8 µs minimum response time, enough to reproduce the high-frequency transients of switching power supplies and AI server PSUs. Fiber-optic master-slave paralleling scales the system to 1.8 MW (150 V).
Basic, combined, LIST, battery-discharge, short-circuit, and user-defined waveform modes cover power modules, fuel cells, EV charging infrastructure, solar arrays, and power semiconductors. The IT8100A adds advanced modes (CE, CC Pulse, Table), built-in EIS with Bode/Nyquist plots, and 5½-digit DVM terminals.
