The ITECH Electronics IT7900P High Performance Regenerative Grid Simulator is engineered for advanced power electronics validation, compliance testing, and grid simulation applications. Utilizing high-efficiency SiC technology, the platform integrates a regenerative grid simulator, four-quadrant AC/DC power source, and regenerative AC/DC electronic load into a single compact system.

With up to 15 kVA in a 3U chassis and scalable parallel operation up to 960 kVA, the IT7900P is suitable for laboratory research, automated validation systems, and high-power industrial test environments. The system supports AC, DC, AC+DC, and DC+AC output modes, enabling flexible testing for photovoltaic inverters, energy storage systems, EV powertrains, onboard chargers, aerospace power systems, and grid-connected devices.

The IT7900P provides advanced waveform generation, harmonic simulation up to the 50th order, programmable impedance, LIST and SWEEP functions, and compliance testing capabilities for IEC61000 standards. Integrated oscilloscope, waveform capture, and data acquisition functions simplify troubleshooting and power quality analysis while reducing external instrumentation requirements.

Its regenerative architecture feeds energy back to the local grid instead of dissipating it as heat, reducing operational costs and improving energy efficiency during long-duration testing.
