The ITECH IT6400 Bipolar DC Power Supply / Battery Simulator is engineered for advanced testing of portable electronics, battery systems, and power conversion devices. Its bipolar voltage and current capability allows the instrument to operate both as a power source and as an electronic load, enabling seamless transition between charge and discharge simulation within a single platform.
With a maximum output of ±60 V and ±10 A per channel, the IT6400 supports a wide range of low-voltage, high-current applications, including fast-charging validation. The ultrafast transient response (<20 μs) and controlled voltage rise time (down to 150 μs without overshoot) ensure accurate reproduction of dynamic battery behavior, which is critical for validating battery management systems (BMS) and DC/DC converters.
The integrated oscilloscope waveform display provides real-time visualization of voltage and current signals, improving test visibility and reducing diagnostic time. Combined with programmable list functions, high-speed sampling, and variable output impedance (0–20 Ω), the IT6400 enables precise simulation of real battery conditions.
