The IT-EC7800 Series Programmable AC/DC Power Supply is engineered for advanced power electronics testing where accuracy, flexibility, and system integration are critical. By leveraging Silicon Carbide (SiC) technology, the system achieves high efficiency and power density, delivering up to 6 kVA in a 2U chassis and up to 15 kVA in 3U, optimizing valuable rack space in laboratory and production environments.
This platform combines multiple functions in a single instrument, including a high-precision AC power meter and an arbitrary waveform generator. It enables engineers to simulate real-world electrical conditions such as harmonics (up to the 50th order), voltage fluctuations, and transient events. With four output modes—AC, DC, AC+DC, and DC+AC—the system supports complex testing scenarios, including ripple injection and DC offset simulation.
Advanced features such as LIST, SWEEP, and SURGE & SAG modes allow precise control of voltage, frequency, and phase parameters, enabling realistic simulation of grid disturbances and recovery conditions. The intuitive touchscreen interface and support for industrial communication protocols (CANopen, Modbus, LXI, SCPI) facilitate seamless integration into automated test systems.
