In hydraulic calibration every device under test brings its own fluid and residues. Oil, water and particles travel back into the controller and gradually restrict valves, lines and filters, which shows up as drifting control performance and more frequent service.

The ADT109-KIT is the hydraulic version of the Additel contamination prevention system. It connects to the drive valve channel that the Additel 793 reserves for the CPS, and the controller firmware uses it to purge between pressure cycles.
