A calibration pump on the bench is easy to connect. A gauge installed on a line, a transmitter behind a panel, or a device on a test stand is not. The Additel 100-HTK hose test kits extend the pressure connection to where the device is, so you can calibrate it without moving the pump or adding a chain of fittings.

Each kit has 5 ft (1.5 m) of flexible hose, rated to 8,000 psi (550 bar) on the HTK-8K or 15,000 psi (1,000 bar) on the HTK-15K. One end is a male NPT, BSP, or M20x1.5 connector for the pump; the other is an Additel hand-tight quick connector in the thread of the device, from 1/8 to 1/2 NPT or BSP, or M20x1.5. No wrenches or Teflon tape are needed at the device end.

The kits are listed as accessories for most Additel hand pumps and controllers, including the Additel 925 and Additel 783. For more threads, add the Additel 102 or Additel 103 fitting kits.
